4. Services

Our offerings include fiduciary services, business registration assistance, and related support.

4.1 Transfer Option

If you cannot proceed with a booked service, you may request a transfer of service to another date or to another individual affiliated with your organization, subject to availability and any applicable fees.

4.2 Cancellation and Processing of Funds

Requests for cancellation of services must be submitted via our contact form at least five business days prior to the scheduled date. Approved cancellations will result in processing of funds back to the original method of payment within 14 calendar days.

4.3 Non-Refundable Services

Certain services that involve preparatory work or third-party fees are non-refundable. These include but are not limited to document drafting, official filings, and notary work, as these tasks incur irreversible expenses. Such non-refundable status will be indicated during the ordering process.

5. Info Products

Info products include digital guides, templates, and instructional materials sold through our site.

5.1 Right of Withdrawal

You may request a refund for info products within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that no digital content has been downloaded or accessed. After access is granted, the product is non-refundable.

5.2 Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds for info products will be processed within 7 calendar days to the original method of payment.

6. Goods

Goods refer to physical items shipped to you, such as branded stationery or documents delivered by courier.

6.1 Inspection and Claims

Inspect goods upon receipt. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 5 calendar days via our contact form.

6.2 Refunds and Replacements

After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or process a refund. Refunds for goods are processed within 14 calendar days to the original method of payment.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at fidulinkfin.com/terms and take effect upon posting.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
